Paintings by John Holt adorn the walls, in a room that makes luxurious use of its space, bespoke hand-made furniture, along with contrasting linen and drapes combine beautifully with the room's oak wood and Limestone floor.
Chef Alan Gleeson and his team craft the finest seafood and freshest ingredients into an a la carte menu that will define their position as the region's creative innovators. Centre stage is the 8 course tasting menu that offers a different wine with each course. The three course fixed price lunch menu £21.50 is an absolute must for all gastronomes to experience. Over 200 wines are on the list and 26 wines available by the glass all stored in wine caves available for guests' inspection.
