The Fish Bar

Upon entering through the bar area, guests senses will be instantly overwhelmed with what The Fish House is all about. A show stopping crustacean counter; Irish Marble topped bar and 300 year old French fireplace. Low ceilings, beams combine with sofas and club chairs to create West Sussex's premier destination venue.

This very English of bars clearly presents a different mood to that of the restaurant, but one that is intrinsically linked through the enjoyment of local ales and ciders, Guinness and Oysters. The bar has its own menu of modern classics and innovative world dishes together with daily specials and a £19.50 fixed price three-course lunchtime menu, which can be enjoyed every day, as well as lazy Sundays when The Fish House serves its famous Organic Roasts until four into the afternoon.

The Fish Bar menu features timeless classics and International dishes. All produce comes direct from local organic sources.

The Fish House use only the freshest local organic seasonal ingredients. The wine list includes 200 wines, with more than 20 wines by the glass served from our enomatic system. The wine cellars are available for guests' inspection.
